Why fruit on empty stomach and not as a dessert with some nice ice cream?
Fruit is full of vitamins and nutrients that on an empty stomach immediately leave on an express train to the “fight the power disease” and “I look so gorgeous” departments. If you would eat it on a full stomach simply your body will not be able to draw out the vitamins as easily and the fruit will ferment and rot while queuing, causing the well known trouble for your body that you are often experiencing and give you the unsexy look of a bloating stomach even if you constant on a diet.
