# 3 Ayurvedic quick wins: Once a week sesam oil, just try and you will swear by it

images No more Bulgari spa, expensive rejuvenation camps or long sessions with your burn out coach and great to recharge over the weekend. This simple once-per- week exercise will be reboot you in a very simple and inexpensive way I have survived many exhausting fashion shows periods where the next morning I simply did not know if my brain would still be able to coordinate my body so tired I was. Every (!) time I did my sesam session, I felt like alive and kicking again and I could work on my 110mm killer heels again. How does it work? You buy one bottle of sesam oil. Preferably biological at your ” Natura” store, but if you are in an emergency also your China town grocery store sesam oil will do. Boil some water. In the meanwhile, put the sesam oil in a small glass bowl  and then have it heated up “au bain marie” in the hot water. When the oil is warm, you pour a small stream of oil stream on the middle of your head. You massage your scalp with the oil. You take some oil in your hands and massage it over your face, rub it on your ears, your neck and downwards over your body, ending up on massaging till your feet. If you are in a hurry, just to your head, ears and foot and it will make you feel much better as well. Have the oil absorbed for 20 min ( or longer if you have time), keep yourself warm so it absorbs even better, and do some other stuff, have breakfast or read your mails. After that Shower and your feel for sure alive and kicking again. Tip: best to do it early morning so you can shower and wash your hair afterwards. You may think this is an “OK” idea but not very revolutionary. But just try and you will thank me for ever.
