It is Monday morning and you feel all fresh again, but on the end today, who does not recognise the feeling of dried eyes after a day of being behind the PC.
Same happens in the weekend when you get hooked on your favourite sport: binge -watching ( non stop TV series marathon). You love it but you end up with a slight headache as you overstretched your eyes a bit.
Here are 3 simple exercises you can do today at home, in the train or the office to give your eyes and Emergency Spa:
- rub your hand palms against each for a few seconds till there are very warm, close your eyes and put one warm palm on each eyes for min 10 sec. You can do this as many times as your eyes please
- Stare at something that is min 5-6 meters away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes or otherwise you can also stare outside the window to something very far away.
- Stretch your eye muscles by looking from the utter side of one corner of the room to the other side moving only your eyes and not your head
